You cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it. You must learn to see the world anew.

~ ALBERT EINSTEIN

How often have you been told that the market will decide or the science tells us?

Yet increasing inequality between the haves and the have-nots continues; in 2022 the energy needs of a nation versus the issues of funding the Russian/Ukraine war is a major dilemma. The market does not appear to make good or even acceptable decisions in many important and critical areas.

While the science is quite vocal in shouting from the roof tops on topics such as Covid-19 and climate change, is it simply falls on many deaf ears, or is it that science is not completely truthful?

As Einstein’s quote above learn to see the world anew, an observation that appears to be missed is that the world is full of people. So what you may say! Well, it is people that make decisions; and it is people that tell us things, not markets, not science. What you listen to, what you believe, what you decide is ultimately up to you, though there are many influencing factors at play. Some influencing factors you have power over, some you may not have or very little power. While some factors you may not even be aware of.

This site is not focused on providing solutions to social problems (I wish it could!!) but on asking different thought provoking and maybe even controversial questions and ideas, much like in the paragraphs above.

All the emotional stuff that tends to get in the way!!

A rigid depiction of how some people believe the world (that is people) work or should work. This depiction will be seriously challenged.

To assist in learning to see the world anew, a concept defined in the 1970’s of wicked problems and tame problems will be examined in detail from perspectives not normally done. All done with a twist at the end that will challenge the polarized ideas as depicted above.
